Application Instructions

Stage 1

1. Interested Candidates should obtain and fill the form online.
2. A payment invoice will be generated for you online and sent to your email with the Application Number and some details that you will PRINT.
3. Make your payment of the accreditation fee of five thousand naira only (₦5,000) to the institute’s account- INSTITUTE OF ARTS MANAGEMENT  AND PROFESSIONAL STUDIES, Acc No: 4011143342, Fidelity Bank
4. You proceed for the examination at the I-FATOSS University, Republic of Benin with your small detached slip and bank payment slips.
5. Call the IAMPS office for inquiries concerning your accreditation/exam date.

Compulsory: Use a valid email and phone number to make your application successful.
